Dispatch Timeframes

Expect orders to be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. It is usual that any orders taken before 12.00pm on any working day will be dispatched on that day.  Customers will receive an email notification when the item has been shipped.

Standard Delivery Charges

• Delivery is $7.00 to all Australian destinations
• Delivery is free for all orders above $120.00

Standard Delivery Timeframes

Packages may be delivered by either Australia Post or Fastways Couriers.

Fastway Couriers will deliver to Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast Regions.  Delivery will be between 1 and 3 days.  If you aren't home Fastways will leave a card with contact details.  You will need to call to arrange for a suitable time for the delivery.

Australia Postage will deliver packages to other areas in Australia.  Delivery will be within normal business hours.  The package is sent via Registered Post and will need to be signed for. If someone is not home to accept delivery then the package will be taken to the nearest post office.  The package can be picked up during normal post office trading hours.  If you aren't going to be home then using a day time business address is advised to avoid delay in delivery. 

Delivery timeframes will depend on the destination.  Once dispatched allow 1 to 10 working days for delivery (dependant on remoteness of location).

 Express Post Delivery Charges via Australia Post

• Express Post delivery is $9.00 for all orders under $120. Orders up to 3kg
• Express Post delivery is $3.50 for all orders over $120.  Orders up to 3 kg
• If your order is over 3kg then we will contact you with any additional delivery charges.  As a guide very few orders weigh over 3kg and most orders are under 1 kg.

Express Post delivery is next day for all destinations on the Australia Post Express Post Network.  For all other destinations delivery usually ensures faster delivery than standard post.
