Directions for use:

Adults – take 2 to 4 capsules daily with meals or as directed by your health care professional.  Best results are noted with a dose of 4 capsules daily.

Cautions and contraindications

This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg of selenium for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.  Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate. Glucosamine is derived from seafood.
