Thompsons Women's Advantage Multivitamin - Dosage: 

Adults.  One a day with food or as professionally prescribed.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses.  A daily dose of 150mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.  Selenium containing products are not suitable for use by children under the age of 15.

Do not take whilst on warfarin therapy without medical advice (CoEnzyme Q10).

Not recommended during pregnancy.
