Thompson's Vitamin E may be used to promote heart, immune and eye health and assist with the symptoms of age-related memory decline. It is also useful in the relief of some premenstrual symptoms.

Thompson's Vitamin E may be applied both internally and externally (applied directly to the skin) to improve wound healing and skin conditions such as dermatitis and eczema. 400-800iu is recommended daily.

Thompson's Vitamin E - Direction for use     Adults - One or two capsules daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed.

Contraindications: Vitamin E is suitable for use during pregnancy and lactation. However do not take with prescription blood-thinning medication (anticoagulants) or aspirin unless recommended by a health practitioner. Do not take Vitamin E before surgery.
