The formula includes key B vitamins to assist normal energy production, A C & E to help maintain a healthy immune system, and omega 3 fish oil to boost dietary intake.

MICROgenics Chewable Omega 3 Multivitamin - Dosage:

Chew one capsule daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.  On chewing, the capsule will burst open releasing the delicious berry flavour and all the ingredients at levels ideal for children from two years of age.  The outer capsule can be chewed or swallowed or disposed of once the contents have been released.
