30 Plus is formulated for women, to aid or assist in the relief of symptoms related to hormonal fluctuations or imbalances, which may be linked to PMS.  These symptoms often begin in the 20s and increase through to peri-menopause.

The 30 Plus formula combines the internationally studied and proven effectiveness of Cimicifuga racemosa (Black Cohosh) with amino acids, nutrients and vitamins to help regulate the bodies hormone production centres.

Hormonal imbalance or fluctuations may occur through a range of areas; natural changes after childbirth, oral contraceptive pill, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), as well as diet and monthly hormonal changes.

Each tablet contains:

• Cimicifuga Racemosa (Black Cohosh) rhiz ext dry conc std (6:5:1) in 50% E:W 60mg.  Equivalent Cimicifuga Racemosa rhiz 390 mg, equiv triterpene glycosides calc 27-desoxyactein (of Cimicifuga Racemosa std) 1.65mg
• Tyrosine 150mg
• Folic Acid 99mcg
• B12 150mg
• Chromium Picolinate 200mcg equiv chromium 24.86mcg
• B6 25.77mg equiv pyridoxine 20.57mg
• Calcium Hdrogen Phosphate 24.25mg equiv calcium 5.65mg

Contains no starch, salt, yeast, gluten, lactose or artificial colouring.  

Contraindications:

Black Cohosh may harm the liver in some individuals.  Use under the supervision of a health care professional.  Keep out of reach of children.

Suggested Dosage

2 tablets per day. One in the morning and one in the evening with meals. Or as professionally prescribed.

Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary intake is inadequate.
